Capitol Circle
Capitol Circle is a job board and career platform built specifically for professionals working in Florida politics — campaigns, legislative offices, lobbying firms, advocacy groups, and beyond. The platform needed a full brand identity, so I developed the complete visual system: logo, color palette, typography, and brand standards. From there I extended the identity into launch advertising and a suite of ongoing marketing materials to support the platform as it grew within Florida's political community.

Concepting and Inspiration
Starting off the project I had a pretty solid direction that I wanted to go in. I wanted to have a subtle nod to Florida politics that didn't feel like it leaned one way or the other, but also played into the job board aspect. I took inspiration from the Historic Florida Capitol and a thumbtack, symbolizing the job board.

Final Logo
The final logo plays into the job board theme by combining the top of the Historic Capitol with a thumbtack. This is a subtle nod to the mission of the website, serving as a platform for people involved in the Florida political scene.

Social Ad Campaign
In addition to executing the full brand identity for Capitol Circle, I have also built out a slate of social media ads to promote the launch of the website for the public. I chose to play heavily into the thumbtack and post-it theme. Played upon the phrase "The Process" which is common slang among our target audience -- people who work in the legislative "process."
