Fleur and Soleil Mercantile

Fleur and Soleil Mercantile was looking to build their brand from the ground up. They are a boutique that was looking to strategically position themselves as a vintage-inspired boutique rooted in botanical elegance, muted earthy tones, and handcrafted textures. They were looking for a visual identity that feels sophisticated, incorporating arches and classic badge-style shapes that blend organic forms with ornamental linework to create a timeless, heritage feel.
Responsibilities
Brand and Logo Design from moodboards to concepts to final execution
Timeline
November 2025 - December 2025

Moodboarding
Drafted several moodboards for consideration to ensure the team was aligned with the visual identity and strategic positioning.

Sketching and Icon Exploration
Concepts
Conducted two rounds of concepts. The first round of concepts played heavily into stained-glass inspired iconography, but ultimately we decided a more organic, natural design aligned better.

Final Logo
Conducted two rounds of concepts. The first round of concepts played heavily into stained-glass inspired iconography, but ultimately we decided a more organic, natural design aligned better. The final icon combined an ampersand and organic flower icon.

In addition to executing the full brand identity for Fleur and Soleil Mercantile, I also built out a 20-page brand guideline document to help my client with brand implementation.
